Release notes: version 0.1.6
In this major update, we’ve made significant improvements in response to user feedback:
1. List and item management:
- Added toggle that allows user to view items within sublists on dashboard view. This enables the user to choose whether to treat lists as folders (where items in sublists do not appear in the parent list) or recursive containers (where items in sublists do appear recursively within the parent list, allowing a unified display of all nested items)
- Implemented drag-and-drop function for easily moving items into lists
- Added batch actions for items (“Remove from list”, “Delete items”)
2. Image management:
- Implemented drag-and-drop function for image reordering
- Added selection via tickboxes and batch actions for images (“Transcribe”, “Export”, “Delete”)
3. Search functionality enhancements:
- Users can now filter metadata (e.g. creator name, collection name, folder name) within items
- Search matches within transcripts are now highlighted when entering item view
4. Changes to pricing structure / subscription plans:
- Upgraded free plan from 10 lifetime credits to 10 monthly credits
- Added Scholar plan ($65/month) with 500 monthly credits and 50,000 stored images
5. UI and layout enhancements:
- Resolved layout spacing issues across item list, metadata panel, and transcription pane
- Fixed unnecessary white space on the dashboard
6. Navigation improvements:
- Up/down arrow keys navigate between items on dashboard and images in item view
- Added buttons to navigate between images when metadata panel collapsed on item view
7. Bug fixes:
- Fixed bug where selecting a parent list automatically selects all sublists
- Resolved issue with failed image uploads blocking export completion
- Removed “Date” field for image metadata
