When searching for certain words within the transcriptions, I seem to get a list of ‘hits’ of which many are not hits. The ones where the word is found show the relevant extract from the transcription, but there is a longer list of results showing for images that do not contain the word. Why are these showing up? Am I missing something here? See below for an example, where it lists 5 hits for ‘widow’ within this particular set of records, when it fact there are only 2 examples:

Thanks for reporting this Mark. I’m struggling to reproduce this on my end. So that we can diagnose the issue, could you confirm:
- Do the ghost hits still appear after refreshing the page?
- Does the word “widow” appear in any other (i.e., non-transcription) data for these items, including notes or metadata?
I’m not able to reproduce it now either! It’s now working fine.
‘Widow’ was not appearing anywhere in the metadata as far as I can tell, so I’m not sure what was causing it. If it happens again I’ll let you know.
