Apologies if I have missed this elsewhere, but it would be really helpful to be able to flag up individual transcriptions when we have problems. Like, in the cases where it says it is transcribed but nothing appears, if we could select a pull-down menu or something, with common errors? Just to help you see where the issues are? Maybe just for the Beta, but maybe for help once it is fully rolled out? (Would also help with the credit problem- identifying places where Leo didn’t do its job and so a credit shouldn’t be used?)

Thank you for this Hanna! This is a great idea and we’ve put it on the to-do list for development. We’ll also think about how to integrate some kind of refund mechanism with this so let us know if you have any ideas about that.
