Release notes: version 0.1.9
This release includes three frequently requested features:
- Image manipulation tools: It is now possible to rotate and crop images within Leo! When you crop images, you have the option of saving it as the current image or saving it as a new image. This makes it easy to convert multi-page spreads into single pages, for instance, which may improve transcription quality.
- Reporting transcripts: You will now see a ‘flag’ icon under each transcript. This will allow you to report a low-quality or otherwise problematic transcript directly to us, and we will use your reports to help us improve our AI model.
- Item notes: In addition to having an image annotations pane, we now have item-level notes, which can be found in the metadata panel alongside the date, creator name etc. These can also be added when creating a document, by adding it as an ‘additional field’.
