I didn’t encounter any significant technical problems while using Leo. The platform was stable and responsive, and uploads and transcriptions completed smoothly.
The only issue I noticed was that when Leo had trouble reading a section of text, it sometimes produced unreadable characters (almost like “wingdings”) instead of indicating that the text couldn’t be transcribed. It would be helpful if the system instead displayed a short message such as “unreadable” or “unable to transcribe” so users can immediately recognize where the software struggled. Otherwise, the performance was consistent and reliable throughout my testing.
