I have a botch with 10 images. I don’t want to lose the credits
Hi Francesca, I believe you’re talking about this item – can you confirm? (Note that this is a secure link that only you can open.)
If so: I can confirm that you were not charged any credits as the transcription job was not created.
The reason the job was not created is because your images failed to upload. In the item view you should see the message ‘Image upload failed or is being processed in another tab’.
We’re seeing an error on the backend relating to your failed upload, saying that your images have corrupted metadata. We will investigate this and, as a temporary workaround, please try converting your images to another format (e.g. JPEG) before uploading.
If possible, would you be able to email me one of your images to jack@tryleo.ai? It will help us debug this faster. Thanks in advance!
P.S. In case it wasn’t clear, you need to click twice on an item row in the main table to get to the item view.
