Leo suddenly signed me out midway through, looking at a transcription. Also, sometimes it seems to lag, and you need to wait while the image is loading. A few times, the image was uploaded successfully, and transcription of it was finished but when trying to preview the image, nothing came up, but a grey area in place of the image.

Iām not sure about the signing out issue. Did this happen more than once? But as for the lagging, this sounds like it may relate to your connection speed. The images are often large so they can take a while to load. If the issue persists, could you do an Internet speed test and report back on the result? This would help us to diagnose. Thank you!
