I’ve been uploading multi-page (5-15 pages) of handwritten accounting reports (so in tabular format). They are clean images with good handwriting, no erasures, etc., nothing that should cause an issue. They upload just fine, I click transcribe, and Leo successfully transcribes everything but one page–it never completes that final page transcription (hung up on a single page of transcription, sometimes for 10-15 minutes or more). It’s random, could be any one of the pages, and I’m not seeing anything that would cause an issue for AI. Eventually, it will just time out, leaving that yellow dot next to the one untranscribed page, but give up (not attempting to transcribe it any more). Sometimes I can go in, select that one page, click transcribe again, and it will eventually complete it successfully. Other times, I end up having to delete the partially completed file, start over again, and it has no issues.
I’ve not been able to capture an image of this, but the one here gets us close. On the right of the image, where it is showing transcription progress for each page (including yellow dot), you’d see all pages complete with green dot, but one endlessly with yellow dot and supposedly “transcribing.” This happens intermittently, but with enough regularity that I thought it worth mentioning. Wondering if anyone else has had similar issues (internet connection doesn’t seem to be a factor, I’ve used high-speed at multiple locations, no difference).
