As I’ve been working on this tonight, the item-fetching seems to have broken down, so I’m left with a blank ‘no items yet’ screen. I tried to upload a picture and the technical support screen kept lagging…
the error is ‘an error occurred while fetching the items’ or something like this.
As before, MacOs 12.7.6, Safari 17.6
Hey @Jack @Jon I still can’t get my dashboard back - any ideas? I’ve tried via Chrome 131.0.6778.265 as well and no luck. Or rather, I can add new items but all of my old items have vanished! Can you find them somewhere and bring 'em back?

We’ve found the cause of the issue – it’s related to database overload when generating thumbnails for many images. Our ETA for a fix is tomorrow, thanks for standing by!
