There has been at least a couple of times when I encountered a pop-up note of “Forbidden Resources” on the bottom center of the screen as I try to export my transcription. It didn’t seem to have stopped my export, but I wonder what it is? Thank you!

It doesn’t seem to be anything in particular, or maybe I should pay closer attention. I will check the file that I just uploaded which triggered this message and report back if I see anything extraordinary.

I experienced multiple pop-up messages of ‘Forbidden Resource’ and ‘An unexpected error occurred’. They seemed to appear mostly when looking at the document shown in screenshots but it did happen a few times when looking at other documents too. These messages seemed to appear randomly - sometimes it was as a result of saving but mostly they just popped up without me actually doing anything. On a couple of occasions I had multiple (approximately 8) stacked pop-ups which kept reappearing (didn’t manage to take screenshot sorry) and only stopped after refreshing the page a few times.

Hmm it’s possible that these “toasts” appear due to an unstable internet connection but if you’re experiencing them exclusively in this item, then I’m not sure what’s going on. Is there anything different about this document to others in your collection? (e.g. number of pages, certain metadata entries, list memberships). Are all of the images accessible and viewable?
