Changing order of documents / annotating list of documents

Perhaps I’m just not seeing this… Is there a way to change the order of documents in a collection. I uploaded about 200 images. As always, Leo did an excellent job of transcribing them, and I downloaded a transcript. I then realized that the documents were in reverse order, from last page of the volume to first. Is there a way to reverse the order? I see I can drag and drop these, but it would be nice to simply click a “reverse order” button.

A possible additional change: I see that the color dot next to each item changes for transcribed, draft, and finalized. Ver nice! Might there be a way to add a notes field to that list to keep track of what work needs to be done, or just other categories. For example, in my case: “take new picture.”

Hello Steven! There is a way to reorder images in an item. You can click on an image, hold for a moment, and then drag. This currently only works for one image at a time, though. I’ve made a note to include image reordering features.

When you add notes to an image, a little notepad icon should also appear to the left of the coloured dot. Does that work for your purpose?

The notepad item is good. I’m thinking of something like the tags in Scribner or Zotero, where you can add a tag and name it whatever you like.

The image re-ordering would save time for people like me who forgot to sort things before uploading them. The current drag and drop is a bit buggy; it sometimes forgets what’s been dragged-and-dropped.
