Can only view first page in a batch

In a batch of 6 documents, I was able to view and transcribe the first one, but I can’t view any of the others. I went back and tried to do this with previous batches (4-6 pages) and the same thing happened – I could view the first page but none of the others. (Version 0.1.6).

I’m using Chrome, which has worked fine until this morning;

MacOS Sonoma.

Thank you for reporting this! I think we’ve reproduced the bug and will investigate further. In the meantime, if it’s what we think it is, does double clicking on the image allow you to view it?

Nope – that’s how I got in in the past, and it doesn’t work.

Hmm, that’s strange. I haven’t been able to reproduce this bug on my end. Do any of these steps help resolve it?

• Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
• Disable browser extensions that could interfere with UI elements (like ad blockers)
• Clear your browser cache (see here, and select “All time”)
• Check if it works in another browser

If the issue persists, it’d be helpful if you could check for console errors:

• Right click anywhere in the Leo screen
• Press Inspect
• Navigate to the Console tab
• Try to perform the action again
• Screenshot any errors that appear

Nothing seemed to work (clearing history, hard restart, etc). Here’s a screenshot of what turned up on the console:

Thanks! It is still transcribing stuff – I just need to add each page of each letter separately, which is a pain. but doable.
